1. Overview
Arlucent LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Arlucent Learning platform hosted at arlucent-learning.learnworlds.com (the “Website” or “Platform”).
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with RLS-Core™ (Self-Directed) (the “Program”) and your use of the Website.
Arlucent LLC is the data controller responsible for personal Data collected through the Website and Program.
By accessing the Website, creating an account, or purchasing the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
The Platform provides structured educational content only and does not provide psychotherapy, clinical treatment, counseling, coaching, medical advice, or professional services. Participation does not establish any professional–client relationship.
2. Definitions
“Account” means the personal information, credentials, and associated data used to access the Website and Program.
“Data” means collectively all information that you submit to the Website or that is collected automatically in connection with your use of the Website and Program.
“Personal Data” means information that identifies or relates to an identifiable individual.
“Platform Host” means LearnWorlds Ltd., the third-party provider that hosts the Website and delivers course infrastructure.
“Payment Processor” means Stripe, Inc., the third-party provider that processes payment transactions.
“User” means any individual who accesses the Website or Program.

When you create an Account, we collect:

- Login credentials (stored in encrypted form by the Platform Host)
B. Transaction Information
When you purchase access to the Program, we collect:

- Email address
- Transaction amount, currency, and status
- Date and time of transaction
- Payment confirmation data
Payment card information (including card numbers, CVV codes, and expiration dates) is processed directly by Stripe, Inc. and is not transmitted to, processed by, or stored on Arlucent LLC systems.
C. Platform Usage Data
Through LearnWorlds, our Platform Host, we may automatically collect:
- Login activity (date, time, frequency)
- Course engagement and progress data
- IP address
- Browser type, version, and language
- Operating system and device type
- Referring URL and site activity
D. Communications Data
If you contact us for support or inquiries, we may collect:
- Email correspondence and attachments
- Support request content and related metadata
- Information voluntarily provided in communications
E. Cookie Data
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies as described in Section 10 of this Policy.

We do not request or intentionally collect protected health information, clinical or diagnostic data, Social Security numbers, or psychological assessment information.

6. Third-Party Service Providers
We engage third-party providers to operate the Website and deliver the Program. These providers access personal Data only as necessary to perform contracted services.
A. LearnWorlds Ltd. (Platform Host)
The Website and Program are hosted by LearnWorlds Ltd., which acts as a data processor on our behalf.
LearnWorlds provides:
- Hosting infrastructure and server management
- Secure account authentication
- Course delivery and progress tracking
- Platform analytics and engagement reporting
LearnWorlds processes Data in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable data protection standards.
B. Stripe, Inc. (Payment Processor)

Payment transactions are processed by Stripe, Inc., which acts as an independent data controller for payment information.
Stripe provides:
- Credit and debit card processing
- Payment authentication and verification
- Fraud detection and prevention
Arlucent LLC does not receive, process, or store full payment card numbers. Stripe processes payment Data in accordance with PCI-DSS standards and its own privacy practices.
C. Additional Service Providers
We may engage additional vendors for email delivery, analytics, or operational support. Such providers are contractually required to process Data only for authorized purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
7. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal Data. We may disclose Data only in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: To third-party processors described in Section 6
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, subpoena, or enforceable governmental request
- Rights Protection: To enforce our Terms and protect Company rights or user safety
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets
In the event of a business transfer, affected users will be notified in advance where required by law.

- Active Accounts: For the duration of account access and enrollment
- Post-Expiration: Up to twenty-four (24) months following account expiration or last login, whichever is later
- Transaction Records: As required for accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Support Communications: Up to twelve (12) months following resolution
- Legal Hold: As necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes
Retention periods may be extended where necessary to comply with legal obligations or enforce Company rights.

You may request deletion of your Account and associated personal Data by contacting support@arlucent.com. Following verification of your identity, we will delete or anonymize Data within thirty (30) days, except where retention is legally required.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal Data, including:
- Encrypted HTTPS transmission
- Secure third-party hosting infrastructure
- Restricted administrative access on a need-to-know basis
- Encrypted credential storage
- Monitoring for unauthorized access and security anomalies
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we implement reasonable safeguards, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for:
- Essential Functions: Authentication and session management
- Analytics: Aggregate usage monitoring and performance evaluation
- Preferences: User settings and interface customization
Cookies are deployed through LearnWorlds as part of platform infrastructure.

The Website and Program are operated from the United States.

Where applicable, cross-border transfers are conducted in accordance with legally recognized transfer mechanisms.
13. Children
The Website and Program are not intended for individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal Data from minors.
If we become aware that Data from an individual under 18 has been collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Do Not Track Signals
The Website does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in practices, legal requirements, or platform operations.
Revisions will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
